For 13 years custom boat trailers have been our speciality. We have a range of trailer set ups including basic skid trailers, a combination of Rollers and Skids with our unique roller channel and entry V-Guides or a full stem and roller channel combination.

Each of our trailers for sale are built specifically with the hull shape of the boat in mind. We measure the trailer to ensure the wheel placement is correct for your boat and to make sure you have the safest drive and tow possible.

All our designs are fully customizable and can be adjusted or upgraded to suit all your specific boating needs.

Quality Materials

Light-weight and Durable

All our products are made from Australian Aluminium with DNV, Marine and structural grade certifications ensuring a durable and long-lasting, corrosion-resistant trailer.

Light-weight and Durable

Our use of aluminium on our trailers means they are lighter than your standard galvanised steel trailer. This allows for higher rating on a lighter trailer without affecting the trailers ability to carry a large load.

Our trailers are bolted together with high quality Stainless steel bolts which prevents any cracking associated with welding. Wherever there is a weld on our chassis there will be a bolt for extra strength.

All our standard boat trailer packages are fitted with dacromet or galvanised braking components to ensure the highest quality and safety for your boat trailer. We have a range of stainless steel options also available for that extra corrosion protection!

Our use of Hydrastar Electric/Hydraulic brake actuators means you have the most reliable marine-appropriate brake system for ensured safety.

Submersible LED Lighting

We offer both torsion and leaf spring suspension sourced locally in Australia;

Our unique spring assemblies are sleeker than standard leaf options, meaning our spring suspensions have all the benefits of springs with the added bonus of being lower to the ground.

Our Torsion Axle options are made by our Australian supplier to the highest standard. These axles, know for their dampened ride with a lower centre of gravity, are ideal for rough roads and beach launching.

All our lighting throughout our trailers are LED, fully submersible and Australian Design Rules Compliant.

We design our wiring specifically with the limitation of joins in mind meaning that the opportunity for faults and water ingress is greatly reduced. Wherever there is a join, we use the highest quality waterproof heat shrink joiners.
